Job summary

Ferrycarrig Construction in Sydney is seeking a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to join our growing team on a major civil infrastructure project. You will work with experienced engineers and site personnel, assist with project delivery, review drawings, coordinate subcontractors, monitor quality and safety, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
• Internships or university placements in civil construction preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, time management and organisational skills.
• Proactive problem solving and analytical thinking with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day coordination and delivery of civil construction projects.
• Work with Site Supervisors to monitor activities and progress.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, materials and site resources.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Assist with ITPs, quality records and project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor quality and safety compliance.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates and records.
• Assist with procurement and material ordering.
• Support development of construction programmes and schedules.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, subcontractors and clients.
