Job summary

Convil Group is seeking a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to support current and upcoming civil infrastructure projects in Sydney. You will work with Project Managers and Site Supervisors on site and in the office to plan, coordinate and deliver works to a high standard.

You will gain hands-on experience in construction coordination, procurement, QA documentation and progress reporting, with a clear pathway into a Project Engineer role and long-term career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Internship/graduate role in civil construction helpful but not essential.
• Strong interest in civil construction and project delivery.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and working rights.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day coordination and delivery of civil construction projects.
• Monitor site progress with Site Supervisors and coordinate subcontractors and materials.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Assist with ITPs, quality records and site documentation.
• Prepare progress reports, cost tracking and RFIs.
• Support project scheduling and procurement activities.
