• Bachelor of Engineering accredited by Engineers Australia.
• Recently completed or nearing completion of degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of civil engineering projects within time and budget requirements.
• Provide survey and set-out support using GPS/TPS technology and machine control systems.
• Assist with civil design, drafting and project documentation.
• Support the preparation of subdivision, landscaping and stormwater management plans.
• Assist with site setup, construction activities and as-constructed data collection.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, construction and project teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety and environmental standards.

They are seeking a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to join their team and gain exposure to every stage of the land development and construction process. Based in Wodonga, this is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, receive structured mentoring, and develop practical skills across engineering, construction and project delivery.

About the Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional graduate engineering role. You'll gain hands‑on experience across civil construction, project management, surveying and set-out, quality assurance, design and drafting, while working on projects that directly contribute to the growth of local communities.

Working closely with experienced engineers and construction professionals, you'll be supported in developing both your technical and professional capabilities while building a strong foundation for a long‑term engineering career.
