Job summary

RSM Australia is recruiting an Audit Graduate to join the Perth Audit team as part of the January 2027 cohort. This permanent role offers structured learning, mentorship and real responsibility from day one, with progression opportunities within 12–18 months.

You will work on-site with clients across Australia, develop essential audit skills, and gain hands-on experience with audit plans and financial statements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major, or CA-accredited prerequisite units.
• Strong client service mindset and ability to help clients achieve goals.
• Proactive self-starter who collaborates well and contributes ideas.
• Demonstrates a can-do attitude, resilience and a passion for continuous learning.
• Excellent communication with colleagues and clients; works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conducts audits and assists in financial statement testing to ensure accuracy.
• Supports regulatory and compliance audits and audit planning.
• Contributes to acquittal statements and specialized audits as required.
• Assists in preparing financial statements and stakeholder communications.
• Provides regulatory, technical and IFRS guidance to the team.
• Works on-site with clients across various industries; supports international secondments where possible.
• Embraces new challenges and continuous learning opportunities.
