Job summary

Hassell in Melbourne seeks Experienced Graduates and Architects who enjoy working across all phases—from early design through delivery—and who bring strong Revit capability. You’ll move between design thinking, documentation and coordination to help shape our projects.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and opportunities for mentoring, development and support to progress toward registration.

Qualifications

• Solid experience using Revit in live project environments.
• Exposure to Health, Transport, Infrastructure or similarly complex projects.
• Confidence working across design development, documentation and delivery.
• A collaborative approach — comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Work across all design phases—from concept through delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate documentation and delivery.
• Contribute to design development and presentation efforts.

Skills

Solid experience using Revit

Exposure to Health, Transport, Infra

Confidence working across design dev,

Strong communication and organisation

Education

Registered Architect, or on pathway to registration

3-4 years of professional experience in architecture

Experience in multidisciplinary design practice
