Que consulting in Sydney is seeking a Graduate to start immediately in a full-time capacity within our Operations team. You will assist with end-to-end approvals projects and learn the process from review to consent, gaining hands-on experience across town planning and building approvals.

You will need a relevant degree and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset. This is a great entry path into a niche area, offering growth as you develop client and consultant management skills.

Qualifications

• You have a degree in Town Planning, Building Surveying, Project/construction Management, Law (with a focus in construction) or Architecture.
• You are able to write reports.
• You are able to manage people and communication to get the desired result.
• You are highly organised, structured and systems focussed with a high attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Enquiry review.
• Fee proposal creation and sending to potential clients.
• Sales follow ups and CRM updates.
• Assisting with overall project and pipeline management.
• Consultant engagement and onboarding.
