RSM Australia is seeking a capable graduate to support restructuring, insolvency and advisory engagements across corporate and personal matters. You will work with seasoned professionals to develop practical financial, investigative and commercial skills while navigating time-critical situations.

This role suits a near-completed Business or Commerce degree (Accounting major) or Law degree with an interest in corporate restructuring.

Responsabilidades

• Support a varied portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency, restructuring and advisory engagements under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Conduct investigations by reviewing books and records, analysing financial information, tracing transactions and identifying key issues.
• Assist with trading, asset realisation and operational work, including liaising with employees, creditors, clients and other stakeholders.
• Prepare clear correspondence, working papers and reports for clients, creditors, courts, regulators and other stakeholders.
• Assist with statutory and regulatory compliance, including BAS and tax lodgements, ASIC notices, ASIC Administration Returns.
• Maintain accurate engagement records and information in relevant systems, applying sound judgement, confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with colleagues and specialists across RSM, contributing ideas and building commercial and technical capability through hands-on experience.
