Qualifications

• Completed or near-completed Business or Commerce degree, preferably with an Accounting major.
• Completed or near-completed Law degree with interest in restructuring and insolvency.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate/personal insolvency, restructuring and advisory engagements under guidance.
• Review books and records; analyse financial information and identify issues.
• Assist with trading, asset realisation and operational work with stakeholders.
• Prepare clear correspondence and reports for clients, creditors and regulators.
• Maintain accurate engagement records in relevant systems and apply judgement.
• Collaborate with colleagues across RSM to build commercial and technical capability.
