Qualifications

• Recently graduated or currently enrolled in an Accounting degree (or related discipline).
• Desirable: working experience in a Chartered Accounting practice.
• Willing to work part-time (3 days minimum) or full-time throughout studies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Committed to providing exceptional service to clients.
• Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Partners and team to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs.
• Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for various entities.
• Be coached by a Partner to manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Help provide an exceptional service to clients.
• Liaise with statutory authorities on behalf of clients.
• Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events.
