Job summary

Prime Partners Chartered Accountants – North Sydney NSW is launching a structured two-year graduate program starting February 2027, teaching you to manage a client from the first conversation to the completed job.

You will be supported by a senior buddy and a team of experienced accountants, managers and directors, with exposure to tax work, BAS, financial statements and ATO matters, using Xero and FYI alongside our Australian and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Must be completing an accounting or commerce degree by February 2027.
• Curious, reliable, clear communication and attentive to detail.
• Accounting experience is welcome but not essential.
• Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Australian permanent residency. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Prime Partners Chartered Accountants – North Sydney NSW

Prime Partners is taking three graduates in February 2027 and teaching each of them to look after a client from the first conversation to the completed job. The structured two-year program combines practical accounting and tax work, early client contact and growing responsibility, with a senior buddy from day one and experienced accountants, managers and directors to guide you. With an intake of three, you learn as a cohort and the team gets to know your strengths.

About you
