Shire of Esperance in Western Australia is seeking a Grader Operator for Rural Maintenance (Grass Patch) to deliver high-standard construction and maintenance of Shire roads, predominantly operating a grader with additional duties as directed.
You must have a HC licence, at least one year grader experience, ability to perform basic mechanical maintenance, and willingness to live onsite at remote depots (housing included).

About the Job
There is an exciting opportunity with the Rural Maintenance team for a Grader Operator starting January 2027. Delivering a high standard of construction and maintenance of Shire roads. Whilst this position is predominantly Grader Operator, the position will undertake other duties as directed.
This is a full time position working 85 hours per fortnight.
