Shire of Esperance is seeking a Backhoe Operator for Rural Maintenance at the Cascade Depot. You will perform backhoe duties and operate other plant, contributing to road and infrastructure upkeep. The role requires living onsite at remote depots and working 85 hours per week.

There is an exciting opportunity with the Rural Maintenance for a Backhoe Operator working from our Cascade Depot. This position involves the construction and maintenance of Shire roads and infrastructure, primarily responsible for Backhoe operations from our Cascade depot.
This is a full time position, working 85 hours per week.
In order to succeed and thrive in this position, you must have:
