Davison, Symal's South Australian civil construction business, seeks a skilled Grader Operator to work across Adelaide metro and Northern Suburbs. This full-time role offers steady hours and a clear career path in a growing civil team.

You will operate a grader on multiple sites, perform pre-start checks, and assist with general labouring while maintaining high safety standards and teamwork. A valid driver's licence and ability to pass drug/physical tests are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar grading position.
• Experience with GPS & UTS is highly regarded.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Driver's Licence with reliable transport required.
• Able to pass a drug test and physical assessment.

Responsibilities

• Completing daily pre-start checks.
• Operating a grader on multiple sites across Adelaide metro and Northern Suburbs.
• Spotting and assisting crew with general labouring duties on-site.
• Conduct basic machine maintenance and safety checks.
• Ensure work areas are clean, safe and compliant with safety standards.
