Job summary

R Con Civil is seeking an experienced Grader Operator to expertly run a CAT M Series grader on diverse civil projects across the ACT and NSW regions, with occasional South Coast work. The role requires flexibility to operate other plant and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

You will read plans, grade to exact levels, and contribute to roadworks, earthworks, subdivisions, and major infrastructure works. A driver’s licence and relevant tickets are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience operating CAT M Series graders in civil construction.
• Ability to read plans and work to levels and specifications.
• Willingness to operate other civil plant as required on various projects.
• Current driver’s licence and relevant plant tickets/competencies.

Responsibilities

• Operate CAT M Series Motor Grader as primary machine.
• Operate dozer, excavator, and other civil construction machinery when required.
• Perform detailed grading, roadworks, trimming and finishing.
• Read plans and work to levels and specifications.
• Work on projects across the ACT and NSW regions.
