Job summary

Adelaide Croatia Raiders is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join a busy subdivision project in Lennox Heads, NSW. You will operate a 21T excavator for bulk and final trim work, working alongside crews on tight schedules to deliver on-site results.

The role requires experience with 20-22T machines, GPS/machine control is highly regarded, and a White Card is essential. Immediate start with a temp-to-perm opportunity and reliable transport are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating 20-22T excavators on subdivision/civil works.
• GPS/machine control experience is highly regarded.
• Strong final trim ability and accurate level finishing.
• White Card is required.
• Reliable transport and punctuality on civil sites.

Responsibilities

21T Excavator Operator - Subdivision Works (GPS) | Lennox Heads / Daybreak Way | Immediate Start

Fetch Recruitment are seeking an experienced Excavator Operatorto jump onto a 21-tonne machine on a busy subdivision / civil residential project. This is hands-on bulk and final trim work, working alongside crews on tight programs-ideal for an operator who’s neat, efficient, and safe.

The Role

You’ll be operating a 21T excavator completing a mix of:

• Subgrade / boxing-up, trimming and batter work
• Road prep, crossings, service trenches and backfill support
• Spotting and working around services (dial-before-you-dig conditions)
• GPS/machine control work (where required on site)
• General civil duties as needed (keeping the machine tidy, pre-starts, assisting the crew)

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience operating 20-22T excavators on subdivision/civil works
• GPS / machine control experience (highly regarded)
• Strong final trim ability and attention to levels/finish
• White Card (required)
• Reliable transport + punctuality (civil site expectations)
