Job summary

Exact Contracting is seeking Skilled Civil Plant Operators for remote projects based in New South Wales. You will operate graders, excavators, dozers and loaders on civil projects and mines while upholding strict safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold an HR licence and White card, with GPS and final trim experience preferred. We offer travel flights or allowances, accommodation and meals, and a career path with long-term opportunities within a safety-focused team.

Exact Contracting are seeking Skilled Civil Plant Operators for our remote projects based in New South Wales.

Do you have experience operating our plant?

• Graders: CAT 12M, 14H/M, 16H/M and 24 H/M;
• Excavators: CAT 36T-120T, Hitachi 30T-120T;
• Dozers: CAT D8, D9, D10 and D11;
• Loaders: CAT 966, 980, 988 and 992

The successful candidates will possess the following:

• Current HR driver's licence (essential);
• Current Construction White card (essential);
• Nationally accredited plant tickets (desirable);
• GPS experience (highly desirable);
• Final trim experience (desirable);
• Previous plant operating experience on a civil project or mine site;
• Proven commitment to health and safety;
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team; and
• Personal drive and results orientated.
