Evans Petersen Healthcare in Sydney seeks a Senior Product Manager to own strategy, growth and innovation for a premium aesthetic brand. You will drive cross‑functional execution across marketing, sales, medical and customer partnerships to accelerate brand growth.

You’ll shape campaigns for HCPs and consumers, analyze market trends, and develop promotional materials while partnering with clinics and key partners to maximize market impact.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in marketing or brand roles within medical aesthetics preferred.
• Experience with energy-based or high-value medical devices valued.
• Strong analytical capability for market research interpretation.
• Experience marketing to HCPs and Consumers across multiple channels.
• High level of commercial and strategic capability.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute marketing strategies to grow market share and portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

• Shape and execute marketing strategies that drive market share and portfolio growth
• Develop and execute integrated HCP, B2B2C and direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns that generate patient demand and support clinic growth.
• Partner with customers to identify growth opportunities and develop initiatives that drive utilisation, patient demand, and commercial success.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to identify opportunities
• Develop compelling promotional materials and brand-aligned collateral
• Support the sales team with product training, tools and technical knowledge
• Build strong relationships with clinics and key partners
• Manage pricing, forecasting and budget performance across the brand.
• Represent the company at conferences, educational programs, and customer events to drive engagement and business growth.

About You

• Significant experience in marketing, digital marketing or brand roles from within the Medical Aesthetics market as a strong preference OR
• Experience withinenergy-based devices, aesthetic devices, dermatology, plastic surgery, or other high-value medical technology categories would also be valued
• Strong analytical capability and confidence interpreting market research
• Experience marketing to HCPs and to the Consumer, with expertise in consumer campaigns across multiple channels and strong lead generation
• High level of commercial and strategic capability
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Science, Business or related fields
