Job summary

Talent is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support a major government digital transformation program in Sydney, helping deliver a modern platform and replace a legacy system.

The role involves coordinating across multiple project streams, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring governance and compliance in a fast-paced environment. 5+ years' experience and strong stakeholder communication are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project coordination or similar delivery roles.
• Experience across multiple projects/workstreams in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Strong scheduling, tracking, reporting and administration skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in higher education or complex organisations would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across multiple project teams and workstreams.
• Manage project schedules, tasks, actions and delivery tracking.
• Support team coordination, resourcing and project administration.
• Maintain risks, issues, actions and dependencies.
• Assist with budget tracking, cost control and invoicing.
• Prepare status reports, project documentation and governance materials.
• Support quality assurance and compliance activities.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications, meetings and workshops.
• Work collaboratively across business, technology and vendor teams.
• Support Statements of Work (SOWs), vendor liaison and contract administration.
