Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience within the construction, maintenance or building industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise office staff, field staff and subcontractors to deliver construction, maintenance and upgrade projects.
• Manage project resources, including plant, equipment, depots and fleet vehicles.
• Monitor project progress, expenditure, quality and performance using effective work order management practices.
• Provide high-level supervisory services for construction, maintenance and upgrade activities.
• Administer and supervise construction and engineering contracts on major and complex projects.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, industry standards and best practice.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
• Identify opportunities to grow business services and promote QBuild products and capabilities.
• Effectively manage employee performance, development and workplace conduct.
