Job summary

DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Construction & Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate multiple jobs across sites. You will supervise contractors and trades, plan schedules, and ensure safety and compliance with WHS procedures while liaising with clients and stakeholders.

The role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise competing tasks, and proficiency with standard office software. A White Card and a current driver’s licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, building maintenance, facilities maintenance or similar.
• Experience supervising or coordinating contractors, trades and multiple jobs.
• Current White Card or General Construction Induction Card.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise competing jobs.
• Proficient with standard computer systems; trade experience or qualifications advantageous.

About You

• Previous experience in construction, building maintenance, facilities maintenance or a similar environment.
• Demonstrated experience supervising or coordinating contractors, trades and multiple jobs.
• Current White Card or General Construction Induction Card.
• Current driver's licence.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing jobs.
• Confident using standard computer systems and Microsoft Office applications; trade experience or qualifications would be advantageous.
