Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in project and program delivery.
• 3+ years leading multiple concurrent projects.
• Delivering technology-enabled business change in government or regulated environments.
• Planning, financial and dependency management.
• Leading teams in agile or hybrid delivery.
• Stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
• CRM, digital service or legacy system replacement programs.
• Registry, licensing or regulatory reform.
• Australian citizenship and baseline security clearance.

Aufgaben

• Lead a workstream of projects in support of the Senior Responsible Officer and Program Director.
• Manage the workstream plan, budget, scope, dependencies and delivery outcomes.
• Lead project managers and cross-functional teams across business, technology, data and change.
• Integrate delivery with other workstreams, architecture, product and delivery partners.
• Manage workstream risks, issues and dependencies and eliminate early blockers.
• Report workstream status, forecasts and decisions to program governance.
• Engage business owners and policy and legal stakeholders to resolve blockers and confirm approvals.
• Coach and pair with agency project managers and give structured feedback.
• Leave workstream governance artefacts and practices the agency can run independently
