Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst for Government Services in Sydney. You will lead pricing strategies, develop cost models and analyses for defence and government tenders, partnering with bid managers and cross-functional teams to ensure competitive, compliant bids and strong win potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce or Finance.
• Proven bid pricing experience with measurable win rates.
• Experience with Defence/ Commonwealth/State government tendering.
• Knowledge of government procurement processes and governance.
• Ability to work cross-functionally under tight timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Develop compliant and competitive pricing models for tenders.
• Analyse cost drivers, labour, overheads, margins and risk allowances.
• Collaborate with bid managers, finance, operations, and SMEs to validate assumptions.
• Provide pricing analysis and recommendations to support decisions.
• Maintain governance, documentation and probity standards.
• Support strategy and negotiations with scenario modelling and post-submission clarifications.
