NSW Government is seeking an experienced ICT Procurement Specialist to join a centralised procurement team in Sydney. This contract role leads end-to-end ICT procurement activities, aligning with government policies and procurement frameworks to deliver value-for-money outcomes.

You’ll provide expert procurement advice, manage RFx processes and guide negotiations with stakeholders across the organisation. This role is hybrid with Sydney CBD access.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the NSW Government procurement lifecycle, including procurement frameworks.
• Experience leading complex ICT procurement and sourcing activities.
• Proven experience working within a government ICT procurement framework, ideally NSW Government.
• Ability to deliver value-for-money procurement outcomes with probity and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end ICT procurement activities from planning to contract award.
• Conduct business needs assessments, market analysis and commercial risk assessments.
• Develop sourcing strategies and prepare RFx documentation for complex ICT procurement.
• Lead evaluation teams, prepare evaluation reports and manage contract negotiations.
• Maintain ICT procurement documentation and audit trails for probity and governance.
