Job summary

Quality People is sourcing a Governance and Operations Coordinator for a 12+ month contract on the Sunshine Coast. The role acts as a linchpin between stakeholder management and daily administration, managing executive inboxes, SharePoint sites, and reporting tools within the Queensland Government framework.

The successful candidate will drive process improvements, balance routine duties with project work, and support community engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance and accurate

Qualifications

• Experience in the public sector or government environment
• Advanced proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
• Proven ability to manage high-volume executive correspondence
• History of building databases or simplifying workflows
• Navigate complex administrative frameworks and compliance requirements
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
• Exposure to high-level stakeholder management and infrastructure project operations

Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison between stakeholder management and day-to-day administrative execution
• Build and maintain databases, SharePoint sites, and reporting tools to streamline team functions
• Gatekeeper for record-keeping and administrative accuracy within the Queensland Government framework
• Balance routine correspondence and reporting with dynamic project-based work
• Contribute to community engagement and improvement initiatives
