Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking a Manager, Internal Governance to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of the RBA's internal governance arrangements. You will work with senior stakeholders to embed an enterprise function and establish practical management committee practices, delegations and decision-making.

You will provide guidance on governance issues, support chairs and secretariats, and drive consistency, transparency and risk-aware processes across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Five years' experience in governance, legal, public policy or a related discipline, preferably in financial services or the public sector.
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, accountabilities, delegations, committee practices and decision-making.
• Ability to assess complex issues independently and develop pragmatic solutions.
• Experience leading complex governance workstreams and implementing process or organisational change.

Aufgaben

• Lead the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of internal governance frameworks, policies and standards.
• Provide practical advice on management committees, accountabilities, delegations and decision-making.
• Support chairs, secretariats and stakeholders to strengthen governance operations and decision-making forums.
• Lead initiatives to simplify and standardise governance processes and controls.
• Develop guidance, training and communications to build governance knowledge across the RBA.
• Coordinate input across departments and manage delivery from design through to implementation.
