Job summary

Perpetual Limited's Perpetual Corporate Trust division seeks a Governance and Oversight Associate to support advertising, marketing and distribution oversight activities and ensure DDO reporting is delivered accurately.

You will collaborate with investment managers, distributors, and risk/compliance specialists to maintain governance processes and deliver timely analyses and documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in law, business, commerce or economics.
• 1+ years experience in funds management, financial services, governance, compliance, risk, legal or a related environment.
• Exposure to managed investment schemes and their regulatory frameworks would be well regarded.
• An understanding of financial services regulatory requirements, including DDO or similar governance frameworks, will be viewed favourably.

Responsibilities

• Review advertising and marketing materials against relevant regulatory requirements.
• Check that marketing content aligns with investment managers’ strategies and DDO compliance requirements.
• Prepare DDO analysis and reporting for management and the Board.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers and supporting documentation.
