Job summary

Hamilton Island Enterprises on Hamilton Island, QLD, is seeking a Golf Operations Attendant for the Hamilton Island Golf Club on Dent Island. You will welcome guests, assist with equipment and transfers, and ensure facilities are maintained to deliver an exceptional golfing experience.

The role requires a passion for golf, excellent customer service, and the ability to work weekends and public holidays. Minimum 1 year in Golf Operations and a current Open Queensland Driver Licence are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and deliver a courteous, professional service.
• Assist with golf clubs, shoe hire, club hire, and buggy allocation.
• Coordinate guest transfers between clubhouse and jetty.
• Maintain and clean golf clubs, carts, shoes, and equipment.
• Inspect carts/equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Provide guests with information about the course and facilities.
• Assist with caddying and marshalling duties when required.
• Ensure presentation standards across the golf operations area.

Hamilton Island is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Golf Operations Attendant to join the team at the award-winning Hamilton Island Golf Club on Dent Island. Your Role

As a Golf Operations Attendant, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional golfing experience from arrival to departure. You'll welcome guests, assist with golf equipment and buggy hire, coordinate transfers, and ensure the course facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.
