Preference is given to current PGA Australia Members with ACE program certification.
Fairfield City Golf & Range is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Golf Operations Team Leader to lead our customer service team and support the day-to-day operation of our golf course and driving range.
This is an exciting hands‑on leadership opportunity for an experienced golf industry professional looking to take the next step in their career. Working across the Pro Shop, driving range, memberships, competitions and golf operations, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving participation and growth across the facility. You will lead daily operations, develop a small team, administer golf competitions, oversee golf cart and driving range operations, support membership growth and ensure the facility is presented to the highest standard for members and visitors.
Preference will be given to applicants who are current PGA of Australia Members, ideally holding Certified status under the PGA's ACE (Accreditation and Continuing Education) Program.
