Evolution Mining is seeking a Gold Room Operator at Cowal Operations in New South Wales. You’ll be responsible for safely operating and maintaining the final stage of the gold production process, from electrowinning through dore production and shipment, on a 10-hour shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in mineral processing or gold room operations.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain gold room processes from electrowinning to dore production.
• Uphold high safety, security and compliance standards.
• Monitor equipment, report deviations, and support continuous improvement.
• Assist with processing activities and training of others.
