Barto Gold is seeking experienced Process Technicians to join our processing operations at our gold mine on an 8/6 DS 7/7 NS roster. This role focuses on hands-on operation of the wet plant, SCADA monitoring, and adherence to safety standards.

Competenze

• Nationally accredited tickets for operating mobile plant equipment.
• High-risk licences like Working at Heights or Confined Space entry, plus a First Aid certificate.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
• Full Australian working rights.

Mansioni

• Operate wet plant circuits including crushing, grinding/milling, gravity recovery, leaching (CIL/CIP), elution, and the gold room.
• Monitor and adjust SCADA systems from the control room or field stations.
• Conduct site inspections, check flow rates, pressures, and densities, and collect samples for basic metallurgical testing.
• Identify faulty equipment, perform plant isolations, and assist with preventative maintenance.
• Safely operate forklifts, skid-steer loaders, and overhead cranes.
• Follow safety, environmental and site isolation rules and complete shift handovers and daily logs.
