Job summary

Gold Fields Group Services (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Processing Coordinator to oversee daily operation of the gold processing facilities and crews, delivering safe, efficient and reliable production.

The role reports to the Superintendent Processing Production and includes mentoring teams, driving budgeted results, and ensuring compliance with safety, PTW and environmental standards on an 8/6 roster, Fly in Fly out from Perth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a similar Processing Coordinator role and knowledge of mineral processing plant operations.
• Statutory Supervisor Certificate (Section 26).
• Strong understanding of safety systems and PTW processes.
• Experience with ICMI Cyanide Code is highly regarded.
• Proven leadership capability to coach and develop personnel.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Proactive approach to CI, production optimisation and environmental compliance.
• WA manual driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily processing plant operations and crews to achieve safe, efficient production outcomes.
• Provide visible safety leadership and ensure compliance with PTW, risk management and isolation systems.
• Drive achievement of budgeted production, plant recovery and availability; optimise efficiency.
• Lead and develop operations personnel with regular feedback and performance management.
• Maintain coordination between operations, maintenance, metallurgy and site teams to minimise downtime.
• Ensure compliance with environmental standards and the Cyanide Code.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and cost efficiency.
