Job summary

ModnPods on the Gold Coast is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of modular projects—from design and procurement through to manufacturing and installation. You will interface across design, sales, production, procurement and site teams to ensure customer requirements are understood, materials are procured on time, deadlines are met, and pods are delivered to site per installation dates.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management within construction, manufacturing or related industries.
Strong planning, scheduling and coordination skills across multiple teams.
Ability to identify and resolve issues before they impact production or site delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project programs covering design, procurement, manufacturing and installation milestones.
Coordinate with Production to plan manufacturing requirements, priorities and completion dates.
Coordinate materials, suppliers and project requirements to ensure readiness for manufacturing and delivery.
Monitor progress, identify delays and take action to keep projects on track.
Ensure ITPs are carried out to support a no-return-to-site approach.
Coordinate with Site Supervisors and transporters to ready modules for delivery and installation.
