Job summary

Lotterywest is seeking a General Manager Strategy & Impact in Western Australia to lead enterprise strategy, performance, data and insights, and corporate affairs. This SES role reports to the CEO and forms part of the Executive Leadership Team, shaping Lotterywest's future direction and maximising its long-term impact for Western Australians.

Qualifications

• Proven track record developing and implementing enterprise strategy with stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading executive level teams and driving large-scale transformation.
• Ability to translate data insights into strategic actions.
• Strong communication, governance and public sector stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation and monitoring of Lotterywest's strategic direction and enterprise priorities.
• Drive a high-performance culture through integrated planning, performance reporting, evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic advice on emerging trends, opportunities, risks and changes in the operating environment that may impact organisational performance and sustainability.
• Champion the use of data, analytics and insights to inform decision-making and improve organisational outcomes.
• Lead Lotterywest's corporate affairs, brand, communications and reputation functions to strengthen public trust and stakeholder confidence.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships across government, industry, community and philanthropic sectors.
• Support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that enhance organisational capability, effectiveness and impact.
• Foster a values-led culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, inclusion and accountability.
