Lotterywest is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead the technology strategy, enterprise systems and digital enablement across a high-profile organisation in Western Australia. • Proven executive leadership of enterprise technology strategy, governance and portfolio delivery in complex organisations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and execution of Lotterywest's technology strategy, enterprise architecture and digital roadmap.
• Drive innovation and modernisation initiatives that support organisational performance and long-term sustainability.
• Ensure the delivery of stable, scalable and customer-focused technology services across infrastructure, applications, platforms and digital channels.
• Lead cyber security, privacy and information management strategies to protect critical systems, customer information and organisational assets.
• Oversee technology governance, investment prioritisation and portfolio management to maximise value and benefits realisation.
• Advance data, analytics and digital capabilities to support business performance, player safety and community outcomes.
• Build strong strategic relationships across government, industry, technology vendors and the broader lottery and gaming sector.
• Foster a high-performing and inclusive culture that develops capability, innovation and accountability across Technology Services
