• Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality across products.

Aufgaben

• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality.

• Follow production schedules to ensure fresh products throughout operating hours.
• Handle gluten-free ingredients carefully to minimise cross-contact.
• Monitor stock levels and minimise wastage.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic pastry area and comply with food safety requirements.
• Collaborate with bakery and kitchen staff to complete orders on time.
