Kelsian Group Limited is undertaking a global Workday HCM implementation across Australia, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of this enterprise transformation program.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Applications, you will work closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, Technology teams, implementation partners and business stakeholders to understand requirements, improve business processes and

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within an enterprise transformation program.
Strong business process analysis, process mapping and requirements-gathering capability.
Experience producing business requirements, functional documentation, user stories and testing artefacts.

Responsibilities

Facilitate workshops to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
Assess current-state processes and help design future-state HR and operational processes.
Develop artefacts including process maps, BRDs, functional specs, user stories and test scripts.
Support Workday functionality across Core HCM, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, Talent, Absence and Security.
Collaborate with Enterprise Applications, Integration, Data and Change teams for end-to-end delivery.
Assist with analysis of integrations between Workday and other enterprise applications.
Support testing, cutover and hypercare activities.
Engage with global stakeholders to support solution adoption.
