CommBank is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Global Trade Operations team within our COO. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery of Trade Finance transactions across Import/Export and Trade Loans, partnering with Trade Sales Specialists, Relationship Managers and product specialists to ensure growth and delivery of service to our clients.

You will review customer loan applications and documents to ensure funding readiness, monitor AML/CTF compliance and risk controls, and support the team

Qualifikationen

• Experience in roles requiring high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex situations clearly to find solutions for customers.
• Knowledge of risk management across operational, compliance, credit, sovereign, market risk.
• Knowledge of the global trade environment is desirable.
• Contribute to improving client service by improving processes and reducing errors.

Aufgaben

• Transaction processing/operations of Trade Finance Loans
• Facility implementation for traditional and structured trade finance products
• Assist with client account management in maintaining and growing our client base
• Support Relationship Managers and Trade Sales Specialists
• Comply with Bank policies, controls and frameworks, reporting any issues affecting the team to management and complying with all escalation protocols to minimise risk
• Daily interaction with CBA’s trade processing business partners
