Job summary

IDP Education Ltd is seeking aGroup Head of Tax & Treasury to shape our global tax and treasury strategy. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will advise senior executives and governance forums on complex international tax, transfer pricing, liquidity management and cross-border financing.

This role goes beyond compliance, leading future-state operating models and automation initiatives across the global tax function, while driving standardisation and a robust governance framework.

Qualifications

• Significant senior tax leadership experience in multinational corporate or professional services environments.
• Strong international tax, transfer pricing and tax governance expertise.
• Meaningful treasury experience, including liquidity management and FX risk.
• Experience influencing Boards and governance committees.
• Proven track record driving transformation and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global tax and treasury strategy.
• Advise executives and governance forums on strategic tax and treasury matters.
• Oversee international tax structuring, transfer pricing and cross-border financing initiatives.
• Drive the tax operating model transformation with Oracle Fusion.
• Lead treasury strategy including liquidity, funding and FX risk management.
• Build a high-performing global tax capability and strong governance frameworks.
