Job summary

Northrop Grumman Australia is seeking a senior supply chain leader to guide the function through fleet sustainment, transition and withdrawal planning. You will work with Program Leadership across Springfield, Amberley and Richmond, balancing customer priorities with operational needs, driving data‑driven decisions and strengthening stakeholder relationships.

Based in Australia with hybrid arrangements, the role offers breadth across defence logistics and opportunities to influence strategy

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship and NV1 security clearance are mandatory.
• Experience in defence or aviation programs is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the supply chain function through fleet sustainment, transition and withdrawal planning.
• Balance customer priorities, operational requirements and supply chain risks to support aircraft availability.
• Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance and Program leadership to solve material availability, repairable asset and obsolescence challenges.
• Guide teams across Springfield, Amberley and Richmond, providing clear direction, accountability and support.
• Use data, reporting and analysis to drive decision‑making and improve supply chain performance.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and contribute as a member of the Program Leadership Team.
