ASC is seeking a strategic and influential Head of Supply Chain Strategy to shape enterprise Supply Chain Strategy and capability for Australia’s submarine programs. You will lead a small specialist team and advise ASC's Executive and Board, aligning with national priorities and industry development.

Based at Henderson (WA) or Osborne (SA), the role requires clear strategic direction, government engagement, and a strong track record in defence and industrial capability.

• Strategic leader capable of influencing outcomes across complex stakeholder environments.
• Translate commercial objectives and national priorities into a clear strategic direction.
• Engage with senior executives, government representatives and industry leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of ASC's enterprise Supply Chain Strategy, aligned with objectives and submarine programs.
• Develop Australian Industry Capability initiatives to strengthen sovereign outcomes.
• Identify and uplift critical industrial and supply chain capability for current and future submarine programs.
• Provide strategic advice to ASC's Executive Leadership Team and Board.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, industry bodies, suppliers and strategic partners.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, strategy-focused team.
