Job summary

ASC Pty Ltd is seeking a strategic Head of Supply Chain Strategy to shape Australia’s submarine programs. You will lead enterprise strategy, align with major programs, and lift sovereign capability through engagement with government, industry and partners.

Based at Henderson WA or Osborne SA, you will guide a small specialist team and report to ASC's senior leadership. The role requires strong strategic acumen, stakeholder engagement and experience in defence-oriented supply chains, with a focus

• Strategic leadership experience in supply chain and defence programs.
• Strong ability to align supply chain strategy with enterprise objectives and programs.
• Proven track record of delivering actionable strategic insights to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of ASC's enterprise Supply Chain Strategy aligned to objectives and submarine programs.
• Develop Australian Industry Capability initiatives to strengthen sovereign outcomes.
• Identify and uplift critical industrial and supply chain capability for current and future submarine programs.
• Provide strategic advice to ASC's Executive Leadership Team and Board.
• Build relationships with government agencies, industry bodies, suppliers and partners.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on strategic outcomes.
