Job summary

pladis is seeking a Global Supply Chain Finance Manager in Sydney, Australia, to lead end-to-end performance reporting for manufacturing and logistics. You will collect, review and analyse data, drive improvements, and partner with regional finance teams to support planning, forecasting and capital decisions.

You will manage system and process enhancements, support product sourcing decisions, and collaborate with senior stakeholders including the Chief Supply Chain Officer.

Qualifications

• Completed or near completion of a recognised professional accounting qualification such as CIMA/ACA/ACCA
• Proven experience in an analytical and business-oriented role, ideally within a Supply Chain function
• Experience of pulling together data to form clear insights into financial understanding
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Positive teammate with a desire to challenge and drive improvement
• Ability to plan effectively and work under own initiative

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packs covering supply chain performance and analyse data for follow-up actions
• Support quarterly regional reviews with regions and drive action follow-ups
• Lead productivity analyses and build a robust productivity database
• Support supply chain planning and forecasting processes
• Lead IT/data analytics system enhancement projects
• Lead sourcing strategy analysis for production locations
• Support senior stakeholders in decision-making and capital investments
