Job summary

Australian Careers Business College (ACBC) in Liverpool, NSW, is seeking an experienced Student Recruitment & School Engagement Officer to drive recruitment across domestic and international student markets. You will build relationships with schools, career advisers, education agents and community organisations while converting enquiries into applications and enrolments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in student recruitment or education sales.
• Experience recruiting both domestic and international students.
• Proven ability to meet targets and convert enquiries into enrolments.
• Familiarity with Smart and Skilled and VET Student Loans.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and ability to travel.
• Valid Working with Children Check or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Recruit domestic and international students across ACBC's courses and delivery options, working towards recruitment and enrolment targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, career advisers, education agents and community organisations to build recruitment opportunities.
• Plan and conduct school visits, information sessions, campus tours and career expo activities to promote ACBC and its courses.
• Generate new student leads and recruitment opportunities through school engagement, community outreach, events, education agents, outbound communication and other referral channels.
• Respond to prospective student enquiries by telephone, email, online channels and face-to-face, providing timely and professional follow-up.
• Convert enquiries into applications and enrolments through proactive follow-up and lead management.
