Job summary

CTM Group seeks a Strategy Manager to partner with ANZ and global leadership, shaping and delivering strategic initiatives across the organisation. You will structure problems, perform market and financial analyses, and drive multi‑stream transformation with cross‑functional teams.

You will translate strategy into actionable plans, develop roadmaps, and prepare materials for Board-level discussions. A background in travel, fintech, or supplier‑side industries is a plus, with an MBA preferred but

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategy, consulting, or senior transformation roles.
• Proven ability to design and deliver strategies driving revenue growth.
• Experience producing Board-level materials and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
• Background in travel, technology, fintech, or supplier-side industries desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic initiatives across ANZ and global leadership.
• Translate strategy into operational execution frameworks and roadmaps.
• Lead multi-stream transformation initiatives from inception to delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Management, and Supplier Relations to drive commercial strategies.
• Support leadership with strategic narratives and business reviews.
