Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across the ANZ region. You will identify new business opportunities, develop targeted sales strategies and win new clients, while supporting retention with Client Managers and Heads of Operations.

You will tailor travel management solutions to client objectives, leveraging CTM's technology, service offering and industry expertise.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years' experience in sales, business development or partnerships, ideally in travel.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities, build pipelines and convert prospects into clients.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills; tailor solutions to client needs.
• Experience managing tender processes, proposals and RFT responses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; confident with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies to win new clients.
• Collaborate with Client Managers and Heads of Operations to support retention and implementation.
• Develop tailored travel management solutions aligned with each client's objectives and direction.
• Combine CTM's technology and service offering with industry expertise to demonstrate value.
• Maintain a consultative approach to build relationships, identify opportunities and present solutions.
• Provide market insights and client feedback to keep CTM products meeting evolving needs.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prioritise opportunities and coordinate with the wider team.
