Job summary

KICK in Melbourne is seeking a Social Media Manager to own the brand's content strategy across global channels. Lead five Content Coordinators and collaborate with Design, Product and Partnerships on campaigns, launches and live events.

You should have 5+ years of consumer-brand social media experience, strong Adobe Suite skills, and a knack for clarifying briefs and meeting tight deadlines. Travel may be required for major events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing social media for consumer brands.
• Strong command of the Adobe Suite, including editing, effects, colour grading and audio mixing.
• Ability to clarify briefs, manage expectations and resolve challenges.
• A viewer or creator of streams.
• The ability to travel outside Australia is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own the brand's content strategy and output metrics.
• Manage and develop five Content Coordinators across markets.
• Ideate, storyboard and produce content for hero, hub and help content.
• Protect brand reputation and apply KICK's tone of voice consistently.
• Maintain the Marketing Calendar and cover online/offline events.
• Produce team and business reporting to improve performance.
