Job summary

Influential, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a strategic-thinking Social Media Director to lead a team of Social Managers/Execs and deliver integrated social and influencer strategies within larger campaigns. You will drive new business opportunities and identify growth and up-sell potential across content and production services.

Qualifications

• Social/Influencer agency experience, or experience in a similar role looking to pivot into social.
• Proven understanding of the social media and influencer landscape and how social drives business outcomes.
• Strong people management and effective communication skills.
• Client management experience with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implement social and influencer strategies and deliver high-quality content from concept to production.
• Lead and develop Social Managers & Execs to push thinking and deliver innovative solutions.
• Drive new business opportunities for Influential through agency and direct client engagement.
• Ensure project revenue and profits are up to date and protect margins.
• Know how Influential integrates with media and creative for holistic content experiences.
