Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an experienced Site Activation Project Manager in Sydney to lead start-up activities across assigned therapeutic areas. You will coordinate site identification, EC/IRB involvement (where applicable), contract status tracking and essential documents collection to enable on-time study activation.

Qualifications

• Minimum four-year college with a major in medical, biological, physical, health, pharmacy or related life science field and clinical research experience.
• Experience in CRO/pharmaceutical site activation and start-up activities is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of communication for study start-up and ongoing site activation activities.
• Oversee site qualification and selection and coordination with sites and ECs (where applicable).
• Track and manage site activation milestones, budgets and timelines.
• Support feasibility input and proposal text related to site activation in bids and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with ICH GCP and local regulations; escalate risks as needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and SOPs; contribute to process improvements.
