Job summary

Precision Medicine Group in Australia is seeking a Site Start Up Lead APAC to drive global site start-up activities and ensure timely activation across Australia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and China.

You will manage critical path planning, IRB/EC and MoH submissions, cross-functional collaboration and mentoring of staff on country-specific procedures, with a focus on risk mitigation and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or RN or equivalent.
• 5+ years in start up, ideally SU Lead or PM in CRO/pharma.
• 2+ years experience in milestone management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the site start up process with activation readiness strategy.
• Coordinate critical path planning including IRB/EC & CA/MoH Strategy, ICF customization, risk mitigations, IMP release requirements and contract execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to secure input for milestone planning and alignment of goals.
• Participate in client meetings to establish expectations, risk mitigation, status reporting and metrics.
• Mentor staff on local study start-up regulations, submissions, internal procedures and SSDL.
• Support development of country Start-up summaries and training sessions.
