Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Melbourne, Victoria, seeks an experienced Service Project Manager to deliver service projects end-to-end, balancing commercial and technical objectives while complying with safety, contractual, and financial requirements.

You will lead project execution, oversee invoicing and cost control, coordinate with suppliers and customers, ensure formal project closure, and travel as required. Strong English communication and SAP knowledge are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing service projects.
• Experience with transformer service projects (highly regarded).
• Working knowledge of SAP (order booking, invoicing, etc.).
• Strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and demonstrated leadership capability.
• Proficiency in English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead service project execution in alignment with Hitachi Energy policies and best practices.
• Oversee invoicing, cost management, expenses, and cash flow.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities, document lessons learned.
• Ensure formal and contractually closed out projects with customer acceptance.
• Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to secure materials and services.
• Manage project-related escalations with professionalism and care.
